Sintetica, based in Mendrisio, Switzerland, seeks a Pharmacovigilance Project Manager and Deputy QPPV to support oversight, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the global PV system in compliance with Swiss, EU and international regulations.

You will lead PV projects, ensure continuity of PV operations, and oversee safety data handling across sources, collaborating with internal and external partners to maintain inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.
