Join Purolator in Dartmouth as a Support Representative focused on Shipment Resolution. This part-time role offers opportunities to solve delivery challenges and improve operations.
This position requires working Monday to Friday, 4:00pm to 7:00pm, where you'll enhance customer satisfaction by managing shipment problems. Responsibilities include inspecting damaged packages and auditing arrivals while you collaborate with internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve delivery issues via customer and colleague communication
• Manage undelivered freight through sorting and scanning
• Prepare packages for redelivery with tracking and labels
