Job Description
Drive with purpose at Purolator as a Linehaul Driver based in Nanaimo, BC. Operate various vehicles while delivering freight and fulfilling service agreements every week.
This position requires a Class 1 driving license and offers Monday to Friday shifts from 12:00am to 7:30am. The successful candidate will operate tractor-trailers, pick up and deliver freight, and conduct vehicle inspections as part of a committed logistics team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive to and from customer locations safely
• Operate company vehicles including shunt trucks
• Pick up and deliver freight to designated locations
• Collaborate with Dispatch to resolve road issues
• Conduct inspections before and after trips
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 driver’s license with a clean record
• Minimum of 3 years of Class 1 driving experience
• Ability to use GPS tracking effectively
• Proficient in English for clear communication
