Job Description

Successful candidates will handle customer inquiries and support requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through assigned channels (voice or non-voice)
- Provide accurate and timely information on products, services, or account concerns
- Handle complaints or issues while maintaining professionalism
- Document each interaction in the system accurately
- Comply with company protocols and service standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated concerns
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets
