Purchasing & Procurement

  • Source, request, and compare quotations from suppliers based on project and operational requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and purchasing terms with suppliers when necessary.
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and material arrivals.
  • Coordinate with design, project, site, and finance teams to ensure timely procurement of materials.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, including purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and supplier documentation.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor material costs and support cost-saving initiatives.
