Purchasing Staff

Responsible for supporting the procurement of goods and services necessary for an organization’s operations. They work closely with the Purchasing Manager to ensure purchases are made efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time.





Responsibilities:

Conducting market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers.



Negotiating favorable pricing and terms with suppliers.



Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment.



Reviewing and approving purchase orders and invoices.



Resolving discrepancies related to deliveries, pricing, or damaged goods.



Maintaining accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.



Collaborating with departments (e.g., production, finance, logistics) to understand procurement needs.
