About the Role

Reporting to: Purchasing and Inventory Management Assistant Manager
Work schedule: 5-day work week
As a Purchasing Specialist , you will process the acquisition of critical categories, including importation tracking and settlement. You will also ensure quality and timely delivery of all manufacturing plant requirements such as wires, switchgear and PVC, among others. Additionally, you will prepare special reports, conduct vendor accreditation, and evaluation assistance for the team.
Other responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the processing of purchase requests and special project requirements from bidding/canvass, purchase order creation and goods receiving and liquidation of advances, among others.
