About the role
We are seeking a skilled Purchasing & Spare Parts Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Samlimsan'. This full-time role is based in Miri, Sarawak and will play a crucial part in our Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics operations.
What you'll be doing
Manage the procurement of spare parts, materials and equipment for our manufacturing and logistics operations
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ordered items
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
Generate purchase orders and manage the purchasing process from start to finish
Research and evaluate new suppliers to expand our vendor network
Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs
Prepare detailed reports on procurement activities and inventory status
