Responsibilities:
- Perform duties assigned by the Regional Purchasing Manager.
- Purchaser is responsible for coordinating and managing procurement of medications and pharmacy supplies.
- Coordinate effective purchasing, optimal inventory levels.
- Handle continuous availability of medications to support efficient pharmacy operations.
- Verify product availability, pricing and expiration dates
- Receiving order from all vendors and correctly process into system
- Responsible for inventory, place orders, checks drugs & supplies
