PURCHASING OFFICER

Join KATOLEC MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. as a Purchasing Officer based in Bayan Lepas, Penang. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the company's manufacturing operation through effective procurement management.

What You'll Be Doing

Sourcing and handling of electronic parts, chemical material, factory supply items and electronics parts.

Negotiations for best price, Incoterm, payment term, best MOQ and good quality.

Support for factory and company global group.

Checking APS MRP report, negotiation with supplier, planning delivery schedule and shipment arrangement.

Update to supplier on Reject/ NG part and expedite for NG past report if any.

Perform other duties as assigned by the company from time to time.

What We're Looking For

At least Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field.

Understanding of Incoterm.
