Purchasing Manager

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Verify material quantities and approve purchase requisitions from project sites
• Collaborate with the Contract Department and Project Quantity Surveyors (QS) to ensure accurate tender costing
• Review and approve supplier selection and pricing recommendations made by procurement executives
• Resolve site-related issues involving material delivery, delays, or quality concerns
• Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project schedules
• Review and approve all procurement and purchasing documentation
• Ensure accuracy of costing sheets and compliance with internal procurement workflows
• Oversee departmental workflow and drive operational efficiency within the procurement function

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
