Dromoland Castle Resort is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Purchasing Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract from July 2026 to January 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for a procurement professional to play a pivotal role within one of Ireland's leading luxury hospitality destinations. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for driving purchasing strategy, strengthening supplier relationships, controlling costs, and ensuring the seamless supply of goods and services across the resort.
