Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Procurement of Arrow Off‑Road, the Purchasing Manager, Buy Complete is responsible for optimizing purchasing operations through KPI‑driven performance management and strategic procurement initiatives. They will build, lead, and develop highly effective local and international team members and have responsibility for both long‑term and day‑to‑day operations of the purchasing function, while supporting production and operational requirements.
