Job Description

  • วางแผนและให้คำปรึกษาเพื่อให้การจัดซื้อสอดคล้องกับนโยบายและแผนงานของบริษัทฯ
  • ร่วมกำหนดคุณลักษณะ, คุณสมบัติ, มาตรฐานของผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่ต้องการกับผู้ใช้งานในหน่วยงานต่างๆ
  • ตรวจสอบข้อมูลผู้ขายรายใหม่เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลประกอบการคัดเลือกผู้ขายในการจัดซื้อสินค้า
  • ให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำการเปรียบเทียบราคาและเจรจาต่อรองกับผู้ขายเพื่อให้ได้ราคาเงื่อนไขที่เหมาะสม
  • ติดตามการวิเคราะห์ประเมินและคัดเลือกผู้ขายที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมที่สุด
  • ตรวจสอบสัญญาหรือข้อตกลงกับผู้ขายพร้อมทั้งขอเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องในการเปิดบัญชีผู้ขาย
