Overview
Connect Appointments are seeking a Sales & Accounts Assistant for work with our established client in Broxburn on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4:45pm, with an early finish on Friday.
Responsibilities
- Following internal processes that meet ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, customers and internal teams
- Assisting with customer service, credit control and admin duties
- Providing customers with quotes
Qualifications
- Previous admin experience
- Previous SAGE Accounts 50 experience
