What you'll be doing
- Assist in the research, evaluation and selection of suppliers to meet the company's purchasing requirements
- Support the negotiation of contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Provide administrative support in the processing of purchase orders, invoices and other purchasing-related documentation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures
- Participate in the analysis of purchasing data and the identification of cost-saving opportunities
What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
- Excellent communication and can work effectively in a team environment
