Job Description

Responsibilities:

Purchasing

  • Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Orders (PO).
  • Monitor order status and resolve issues with suppliers.
  • Ensure new products are inspected by the laboratory.

Stock Control

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and analyze stock trends.
  • Address product complaints and facilitate replacements.
  • Enter Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and update stock summaries.

Sourcing

  • Source and evaluate new suppliers, especially from China.
  • Prepare Product Development Forms and Vendor Profiles.
  • Negotiate pricing and specifications with overseas suppliers.

Others

  • Calculate Minimum Selling Price (MSP) for trading items.
  • Generate ISO reports, including supplier evaluations.
