Job Description – Purchase Executive

  1. Billing and accounting bills, purchase/ work orders
  2. Timely reconciliation of stock and vendors accounts


  1. Research potential vendors.


  1. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.


  1. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing


  1. Track orders and ensure timely delivery


  1. Review quality of purchased products.


  1. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.


  1. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices


  1. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.


  1. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage/usage of materials.
