Purchasing Dock Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

Use Technology to send, receive and print out product requisitions and Purchase orders. Calculate figures for food inventories, orders and cost. Maintain clear and organized records of products, inventories, orders and new product introductions. Assist managers with inventory controls and reorders for all retail items. Work with managers in identifying sales trends, sourcing new products and maintaining stores appearance. Reconcile shipping invoices and receiver reports and logs. Reconcile returned or damaged products with vendors that is deemed unacceptable or incorrect. Troubleshoot vendor delivery issues and manage return process.

Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
