Purchasing Coordinator

Holland & Sherry Interiors is a trade-focused company offering high-end products for interior design projects including fabrics, wallcovering, lighting, furniture and rugs.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented  Purchasing Coordinator  to manage the purchasing operations for our wholesale suppliers and customer service.

This role serves as a direct contact for suppliers and wholesale clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• With suppliers: Send purchase orders to suppliers in accordance with company policies.


• Monitor and follow up on supplier orders and shipping status.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve order-related issues.
