Position Overview

In this role, you will support procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of materials, components, and services. You’ll collaborate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and the supply chain team to maintain inventory levels, resolve issues, and uphold compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records in Oracle
  • Monitor order status, expedite deliveries, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance on invoice matching and payment issues.
  • Maintain compliance with purchasing policies and audit requirements.
  • Prepare reports on purchasing metrics and supplier performance.
