Job Description
The Purchasing Specialist manages high-volume purchase order processing and supports end-to-end procurement activities to ensure uninterrupted material availability for production and projects. This role requires meticulous data entry, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and proactive communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate orders, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement in procurement performance.
Responsibilities
+ Enter 20–40 purchase orders per day, each containing up to 100–150 lines, accurately and efficiently using manual data entry processes.
+ Manage more than 200 purchase order lines weekly in SAP to ensure material availability that supports production schedules and maintains supply continuity across multiple projects.
