What You'll Do Purchasing & Procurement
Source products, materials, and services aligned with company requirements and quality standards.
Process purchase orders (POs) and maintain accurate records within the procurement system.
Request and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing and best value.
Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality, delivery timelines, and service standards.
Track order confirmations and delivery schedules, proactively resolving any issues.
Vendor & Supplier Relations
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Resolve discrepancies related to orders, shipments, and invoices.
Assist in negotiating contracts and favorable terms under the guidance of the Purchasing Manager.
Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
