Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
-Support the Administrator with daily purchasing and administrative operations
-Create, process, and track purchase orders using company systems and ERP platforms
-Use AI-powered tools to assist with vendor analysis, pricing comparisons, demand forecasting, and reporting
Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and order status
-Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, invoices, and system data
-Identify process improvements using automation, AI tools, or system workflows
-Assist with inventory monitoring and replenishment through system dashboards
-Generate purchasing and cost reports using AI-assisted analytics and spreadsheets
-Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and approval workflows
-Provide general administrative support including data entry, scheduling, and documentation
