Job Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical assistance within the Department.
  • Issue petrol request chits for Head Office; compile, check, and verify fuel request chits against billing; maintain statistics for analysis in accordance with quality objectives.
  • Ensure continued compliance with ISO 9001:2015 in regard to departmental processes and maintain quality records.
  • Carry out any other assignments/tasks as instructed by higher authority.
  • Salary range: RM2,000 – RM4,000 per month, depending on qualifications, skills, and relevant working experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or any related field.
  • Preferably with 1–3 years of relevant working experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support.
  • Basic knowledge of purchasing procedures and documentation is an advantage.
