Purchasing Assistant

To join our team and market our services, which include solar installation, customized solar solutions, maintenance and repair, and net-metering services in the Philippines, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Purchasing Staff.

Job responsibilities:
- Tracking orders and delivery process
- Keep track of purchases from request to receiving
- Helps sourcing new suppliers and vendors for all purchase requests
- Issues purchase orders based on needs, ensuring accurate specifications and quantities
- Prepare inventories and audit reports
- Assists in receiving deliveries and ensuring quantities and specification are accurate

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any course
- Related working experience in purchasing is an advantage
- Knowledge in purchasing functions, inventory and supply management systems
