Job Description


• Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (manual & system entries)


• Maintain vendor records, quotations & price comparisons


• Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries, GRN follow-ups & billing


• Liaise with stores, production & accounts for item verification


• Track inventory levels and share low-stock alerts


• Maintain procurement documentation and basic cost sheets

Skills Required


• Strong MS Excel & ERP/system skills


• Understanding of procurement cycles in manufacturing


• Good communication & supplier coordination


• Organized with strong attention to detail

Experience


• 1–3 years in procurement or purchase support
