Purchasing Assistant

Eligibility:

• 10th or 12th Pass
• 0–3 years of experience in vendor coordination / purchase support
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and vendor visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular local vendor visits in Mumbai/Vasai region.
• Build and maintain good rapport with local vendors.
• Follow up on material readiness, delivery timelines, and order status.
• Assist in vendor development activities as directed by the AGM – Purchase.
• Coordinate for purchase documentation and support internal team requirements.
• Ensure timely updates to the purchase department regarding follow-ups.
• Address issues related to delays, quality concerns, or vendor coordination.
