Scope

  • Liaising with all departments within the business, suppliers, and Contractors.
  • Raising Purchase orders and processing invoices.
  • Supporting Management when required, organising events, corporate printing, and communicating with waste carriers.
  • Overview

    Provides administrative support for Senior Management Team and departments. Maintain running of Purchasing department which consists of raising orders, processing invoices and Support all departs with order requests. 

    Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently raise and process purchase orders requested by Engineers, Facilities, and all other department within the business
