Purchasing Assistant

Responsibilities:
Process all purchase requisitions/ sourcing & compare quotes/ prepare purchase orders and follow up through entirely till goods receipts.
Support yearly budget exercises and monitoring the actual expenses against the budget.
Maintain inventory management system, approved vendor list, chemical datasheet/ COA etc.
Collect items from vendors, manage stores inventory & issue items to the requestors.
Perform daily scanning, uploading, updating & filling of documents.
Support sister companies’ purchases and handling overseas shipments CIPL.
Managed leased equipment, office equipment, facility maintenance operation and other assets.
Support periodic license renewal and waste disposal.
Perform basic housekeeping within department & stores.
Attend to all incoming phone calls and clear daily emails.
Any other ad-hoc duties.
