Job description:

Qualifications:

►Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, or any Business-related course.

► With at least 1 year of relevant experience.

►With good understanding of supply chain procedures.

►Knowledgeable in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and PPT)

►With good oral communication and analytical skills.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

►Create purchase orders

►Inquire required items and request quotations from multiple suppliers.

►Decide which supplier can offer the best price, meet the delivery date needed, and stock availability and terms of payment.

►Counter-checking of receipts and invoices for payment.

►Ordering of supplies for buffer stock.

►Plotting of summary of supplies per department

►Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company, which your superiors may ask or direct you to perform
