Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and purchase raw materials, tooling, consumables, and services
  • Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on delivery schedules
  • Liaise with suppliers on pricing, lead time, quality, and documentation
  • Maintain supplier records and evaluate supplier performance
  • Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Finance departments
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock
  • Handle purchase documentation, invoices, and basic reporting
  • Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 1 years purchasing experience (manufacturing preferred)
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Familiar with ERP / purchasing systems and MS Excel
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
