Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Source and purchase raw materials, tooling, consumables, and services
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on delivery schedules
- Liaise with suppliers on pricing, lead time, quality, and documentation
- Maintain supplier records and evaluate supplier performance
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Finance departments
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock
- Handle purchase documentation, invoices, and basic reporting
- Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 1 years purchasing experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Familiar with ERP / purchasing systems and MS Excel
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
