This entry-level role welcomes diploma holders and fresh graduates eager to develop skills in purchasing and supplier coordination. Responsibilities Use Microsoft Excel and Word to prepare and maintain procurement documents accurately Organize and track multiple purchasing tasks to ensure timely order processing Communicate clearly in English and Mandarin to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams Review purchase requests and assist in supplier liaison to support procurement operations Maintain detailed records to support efficient purchasing workflows and reporting Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma holder Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
