As the Purchasing and Supply Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability while optimizing costs, lead times, and quality. Your tasks include:
Purchasing
• Define and implement the company's purchasing strategy
• Identify and select new national and international suppliers
• Negotiate prices, delivery times, payment terms, and contracts
• Evaluate supplier performance (quality, reliability, compliance)
Supply
• Manage supply needs according to forecasts and the production schedule
• Monitor stock levels and optimize turnover
• Place and track purchase orders
• Coordinate internal logistics to ensure continuous availability
Importation
• Manage the entire import process: documents, transport, customs, transit
• Optimize logistics costs and choose the best incoterms
