Position Summary

The Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager at Mucci Farms is a leadership development role for an experienced procurement professional with packaging or CPG experience who is ready to advance into management. The role oversees sourcing, supplier negotiations, purchasing, and inventory management for direct (packaging e.g. corrugate, resin, and film) and indirect materials. The position leads Buyers and Inventory Clerks, drives procurement and inventory best practices, optimizes costs and inventory flow, and supports cross‑functional initiatives.
