**Objective**:
- Direct Purchasing of materials for the operation, ensuring quality, delivery time, warranties and costs.
**Activities**:
- Negotiate and manage commercial contracts with suppliers and generate growth for both parties.
- Provide service to the company's departments for the acquisition of specific goods and services.
- Evaluate the performance of suppliers.
