The Purchasing Administrator will play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly by ensuring materials and products are purchased, tracked, and delivered efficiently. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day operational purchasing activity and help ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and manage purchase orders accurately, ensuring alignment with stock requirements and demand forecasts.
- Maintain accurate supplier price lists and product data
- Monitor order acknowledgements, delivery schedules, and shipment progress to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Coordinate inbound freight and deliveries with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport providers.
