Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement documentation, prepare and issue Purchase Orders, maintain organized records and ensure all supporting documents are in place.
  • Coordinate deliveries by working closely with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse and planning teams for material availability.
  • Maintain and develop supplier relationships locally and overseas.
  • Identify cost‑saving and alternative sourcing opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records for audit and traceability.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager, such as reporting and cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Candidate shall possess Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
