Job Description
Responsibilities
- Source and procure raw materials, packaging materials, factory supplies, and trading products to support operational requirements.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Liaise with local and overseas suppliers on quotations, orders, deliveries, and product availability.
- Compare prices, evaluate quotations, and assist in sourcing cost‑effective suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Track delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain and update purchasing records, supplier information, and procurement data in ERP systems and Excel.
- Support the Purchasing Manager and other departments with procurement‑related activities and ad‑hoc assignments.
