JOB DETAILS Location: Heerlen, Eindhoven or Born - The Netherlands.
Schedule: On-site for the first 4 months.
Hybrid (3 days/week on-site) after that.
Type of Employment: Full-time.
RESPONSIBILITIES Assess and analyze the purchasing needs of internal customers and develop specifications in line with policies and guidelines.
Explore the supplier market, reduce the supplier base, and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and performance.
Request and compare quotations, propose strategies to improve efficiency, and manage assigned product categories.
Provide actionable advice on procurement strategies, processes, and risk managemen.
Negotiate contracts, monitor SLAs, cost levels, KPIs, and quality standards with suppliers.
Manage supplier relationships, address performance issues, and implement corrective actions.
