Job Description
- Safely and promptly pick up and deliver items, documents, and materials
- Ensure proper handling and secure transport of all goods
- Plan efficient routes to minimize delays and ensure timely deliveries
- Coordinate with the Purchasing/Procurements Staff for scheduled purchases and deliveries
- Assist in procuring items as directed by the Procurement team.
- Source products and request price quotations from suppliers when required.
- Provide timely updates to the Procurement team regarding order status, delivery progress, and any logistical concerns.
- Secure organize, and submit delivery receipts, invoices, and other required documents after each transaction
- Ensure all procurement and delivery activities are accurately documented and reported.
- Strictly adhere to company policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards at all times.
