We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchaser / Project Construction Coordinator to support our construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee site coordination, purchasing activities, and petty cash management to ensure smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor petty cash, including:
Processing and liquidation of expenses
Payment of project-related bills
Accurate recording and documentation of all transactions
Coordinate with construction team members such as foreman and other assigned focal persons
Supervise and manage laborers on-site
Handle purchasing of materials and supplies as needed
Ensure timely delivery of materials and proper documentation
Assist in project coordination to maintain workflow and schedules
