Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchaser to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services required for our construction projects while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities
Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services from local and overseas suppliers.
Prepare requests for quotation (RFQs), evaluate quotes, and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely supply.
Monitor supplier performance, maintain supplier database, and develop long-term vendor relationships.
Track inventory levels and coordinate with project teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
Assist in budget control and cost optimization for procurement activities.
