The intern will be responsible for:


  • Reviewing and processing incoming Purchase Requisitions (PRs) with meticulous attention to detail
  • Conducting comprehensive Best Price Calls to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness
  • Implementing and maintaining a rigorous tracking system for pending PRs and POs
  • Executing precise invoice clearing procedures
  • Performing accurate Master Data Maintenance to ensure data integrity
  • Providing crucial administrative support and assisting buyers with strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Applying structured problem-solving methodologies and implementing sustainable solutions to enhance operational efficiency
