Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to source, negotiate of best quotation, payment term and freight term with local & overseas supplier.
• Maintain complete updated purchasing records data in the system
• Ensure suppliers and vendors to meet operation schedule and lead time
• Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and procurement reports
• Follow-up closely on in-coming parts and quantities from supplier to full-fill production and meet customer on-time delivery

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or Degree in any field
• Minimum 1-2 years of related working experience in supply chain related field (purchasing/procurement/indirect material sourcing)
• Fresh grad who has related experience are welcome to apply.
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
