The Purchase Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the procurement process
by managing daily inward reports from suppliers and proactively addressing any issues that may
arise during the procurement process. This role involves effective communication, problem-solving,
and a keen attention to detail.
* 1. Daily Inward Report Management with the specific supplier.
* 2. Follow up with the store team for timely vehicle unloading and to clear invoicing issues if any.
* 3. On-time disposal of rejected stock with help of manager, plant and vendor.
* 4. Collaborate with the Quality team to clear lots, manage consumption plans, and maintain preset inventory
levels.
* 5. Problem Solving: Ability to analyze supplier performance and procurement data.
