Key Responsibilities 1. Develop robust procurement strategies that align with project timelines, ensuring zero downtime on site due to material shortages. 2. Vendor Management & Negotiation Leverage your 10+ years of industry experience to negotiate competitive pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and subcontractors. Establish, maintain, and expand a reliable network of high-quality manufacturers, dealers, and local vendors. Conduct periodic vendor evaluation audits based on quality, delivery speed, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. 3.
