1. Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
- Direct the procurement lifecycle for all infrastructure projects, including core materials (cement, structural steel, aggregates, bitumen), MEP equipment, and heavy machinery.
- Evaluate project blueprints and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to accurately forecast material requirements and lead times.
- Develop robust procurement strategies that align with project timelines, ensuring zero downtime on site due to material shortages.
