ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee all procurement activities for raw

materials, components, and factory supplies. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement at optimal

cost while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and evaluate suppliers; negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules

• Raise and process purchase orders (POs) in coordination with the production and stores teams

• Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement to avoid shortages or excess stock

• Maintain the vendor database and conduct periodic vendor performance reviews

• Ensure all purchases comply with quality standards and company policies

• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
