Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk

Location: South Lincolnshire, Rutland, North Cambridgeshire

Their market-leading comprehensive product range includes thermal oxidizers, burners, flare systems, and pollution control equipment.

The ROLE

Due to an internal promotion an opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to work as a Purchase Ledger Clerk for the accounts payable function. Duties of the Purchase Ledger Clerk include:

  • Set up new supplier records
  • Maintain supplier records
  • Review purchase orders
  • Resolve invoice queries
  • Produce weekly payment runs
  • Employee expense claims
